Mayte Martínez
Mayte Martínez leads Talengo’s business development strategy.
She began her professional career as Director of External Relations at a business school until she joined the Marketing + Sales magazine of the Wolters Kluwer’s group, as manager of the executive training programmes in the marketing and communication division.
In 2001, she joined Talengo as Marketing Communications Director. In 2004, she redesigned the methodologies and operating system of the firm’s services to achieve the ISO 9001 Certificate. In 2009, she took on new functions as the Organisation and Media Director with responsibilities in the Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, Finance and External Alliance divisions. She took part in the start-up of Talengo’s offices in Colombia and Mexico.
She is currently responsible for Talengo’s marketing and client engagement strategy, aligning the firm with a market that is constantly evolving towards digitalisation and globalisation and with a clear commitment to strategic diversity management through its headhunting, board guidance and leadership consulting services.
Mayte has a degree in Marketing & Business specializing in International Marketing from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami.
