This process evaluates the manager’s cultural fit in different international settings and reveals his or her competencies and degree of cultural adaptation, identifying strengths and possible hurdles to working in different cultures
The executive and the company can identify the gap between the professional’s cultural profile and leadership style and that of the countries with which he/she will be interacting, whether due to expatriation or the management of virtual teams in other countries.
The evaluation also includes the training necessary to ensure the manager’s successful adaptation to the new cultural challenge to be faced.
