Security policy

TALENGO, SA with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 42, 28046 Madrid (España) and CIF: A81040909 (hereinafter Talengo or the Organisation) is highly committed to offering its executive search and leadership consultancy services in a quality environment, where growing digitization makes It is essential to implement good security practices to achieve the objectives of confidentiality, integrity, availability and legality of all the information managed by the Organization during the execution of its business processes.

Consequently, the Organization maintains the following application guidelines to be taken into account within the framework of the Information Security Management System (ISMS):

  • Confidentiality: The information processed by Talengo will be known exclusively by authorized persons, prior identification, at the time and by the authorized means.
  • Integrity: The information processed by Talengo will be complete, accurate and valid, its content being that provided by those affected without any type of manipulation.
  • Availability: The information processed by Talengo will be accessible and usable by authorized and identified users at all times, its persistence being guaranteed in the face of any foreseen eventuality.
  • Legality: Talengo will guarantee compliance with all applicable legislation. And specifically, the regulations in force related to the processing of personal data.

Through this policy, the General Management assumes the responsibility of supporting and promoting the establishment of the organizational, technical and control measures necessary to comply with the security guidelines described herein.

Likewise, all the policies and procedures included in the ISMS will be reviewed, approved and promoted by the General Management of Talengo.

This Security Policy will be maintained, updated and adequate for the purposes of the organization, aligning itself with the strategic risk management context of the organization. For this purpose, it will be reviewed at planned intervals or whenever significant changes occur, in order to ensure that its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness are maintained. Likewise, to manage the risks that Talengo faces, a formally defined risk assessment procedure is defined.
