There are many alternatives for identifying the best executives for an organisation, but only one independent process that is confidential, rigorous, proactive and tailored to attract the best: Retained Executive Search
We design an individualised search strategy for each process. From the outset, we define which executive profiles will best fit the position and the target companies where they can be found. Our prospecting reaches across international borders.
At Talengo we approach each search with indepth industry expertise. Our approach generates a broad variety of executive profiles, to create the diversity needed to be successful in a globalised market. And, given the huge impact of technology on future business models, we seek professionals who are capable of leading, designing or implementing digital enabled strategies.
Talengo is a member of the AESC, the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, which represents Retained Executive Search companies worldwide. We are governed by a code of ethics, a guide to professional practice and a customer rights charter, designed to help clients obtain all the added value from Executive Search, as well as guaranteeing compliance with agreed criteria and terms.
At Talengo, we help our clients find leaders to drive the transformation of their businesses in a globalised world
We identify talent within the organisation, building a map of organisational talent and risks. We prepare leaders to take on current and future challenges and we enable the development of inclusive leaders, who optimise the organisation’s talent, and create cultural environments that drive strategic success.
At Talengo we follow a rigourous methodology to validate the candidate’s suitability for a particular role, thus minimising future risks. Our processes include:
Leadership style analysis. Our value proposition includes a report on the finalist candidate’s leadership potential and its fit with the company.
Cultural adaptation to the country of destination. If the executive comes from a different culture, we have tools to measure his or her degree of adaptation to the new environment, in order to predict the person’s potential integration.
Reference gathering and digital footprint audit. We validate the finalist candidate’s professional history through personal reference checks and analysis of their digital footprint.
Onboarding sessions. We hold 3 sessions with the successful candidate in his or her first six months in the new position to ensure adaptation to the role, the company and the culture.
Through the systematic identification of people who occupy key roles in relevant industries, the market study provides key candidate insights to build a pipeline of future hires (background, availability, signature strengths, remuneration, and motivation).
The scope of research can be local or reach across multiple countries or regions.
