At Talengo we follow a rigourous methodology to validate the candidate’s suitability for a particular role, thus minimising future risks. Our processes include:
Leadership style analysis. Our value proposition includes a report on the finalist candidate’s leadership potential and its fit with the company.
Cultural adaptation to the country of destination. If the executive comes from a different culture, we have tools to measure his or her degree of adaptation to the new environment, in order to predict the person’s potential integration.
Reference gathering and digital footprint audit. We validate the finalist candidate’s professional history through personal reference checks and analysis of their digital footprint.
Onboarding sessions. We hold 3 sessions with the successful candidate in his or her first six months in the new position to ensure adaptation to the role, the company and the culture.
Through the systematic identification of people who occupy key roles in relevant industries, the market study provides key candidate insights to build a pipeline of future hires (background, availability, signature strengths, remuneration, and motivation).
