Director
Fernando Palacios joins Talengo as Director of the Leadership Consulting Division.
An expert in commercial and technological transformation, Fernando has an extensive track record in sales management and leading high-performance teams in the B2B sector. His experience includes the creation and execution of effective commercial strategies, corporate transformation and change programs, and the implementation of digital solutions.
With over 15 years of experience, he has led teams and projects in high-level technology and corporate training companies in international markets, excelling in global account management and the development of commercial strategies for Latin America and Europe.
In recent years, he has worked in transformation and change consulting, carrying out projects to create learning ecosystems for multinational leaders, programs for new managers, global mobility projects, and future design initiatives, among others.
He holds a degree in Social Work from the Complutense University of Madrid, a master’s degree in Management of Health and Social Care Centers, and has completed executive programs in Coaching and Leadership in Innovation. He has also served as a mentor/professor, guiding teams in universities and sharing his expertise in sales and management.
