TALENGO, S.A. will process the personal data obtained on the website for the following purposes:

  • To manage the CVs sent along with the corresponding form completed by the data subjects for its inclusion in the applicant database held by TALENGO, S.A. The CVs included in this database will be processed within the scope of the business activity of TALENGO, S.A., consisting of the search for and assessment of applicants for their participation in processes opened by companies that have commissioned the headhunting services of TALENGO, S.A. In this context, your data will also be processed to keep you informed of the selection process and, where applicable, to send you the corresponding offer. Lawful basis: existence of express consent and, where applicable, for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
  • To deal appropriately with the requests received via the “custom solutions” form. Lawful basis: existence of legitimate interest and need for the execution of a pre-contractual relationship, where applicable.
  • To deal appropriately with the requests received via the “contact” form. Lawful basis: existence of legitimate interest.
  • To manage the information obtained via the cookies used when browsing, in accordance with our Cookie Policy. Lawful basis: existence of express consent regarding non-exempt cookies.

FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THE PERSONAL DATA OF USERS?

TALENGO, S.A. will keep the personal data obtained on the website only for as long as necessary for the purposes related to each process, for the time established by law, where applicable, and for as long as the limitation periods for the application actions remain active, in accordance with current law.

The personal data linked to the CVs sent for inclusion in the applicant database managed by TALENGO, S.A. as the Data Controller will be kept until the data subject withdraws their consent, provided the data is kept duly up to date. In this sense, TALENGO, S.A. will contact the applicants included in the database at least every two years to update, debug and, where applicable, renew their consent for the processing of their CV data.

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data that TALENGO processes as the Data Controller will be accessible to external auxiliary service providers contractually linked as data processors, such as hosting services, computer maintenance of management apps, cybersecurity services, external data protection officer (DPO), and legal consultants.

To assess the suitability of your application for the job requested, the CVs of the applicants pre-selected by TALENGO, S.A. will be sent to the companies that have commissioned the applicant search and pre-selection services.

Where there is express consent for this purpose, the CVs included in the applicant database held by TALENGO, S.A. may be sent to its subsidiaries.

Furthermore, they may transfer data to bodies and departments of the Public Authorities, and to lawyers, barristers, attorneys, courts and tribunals, and law enforcement officials whenever this is legally applicable.

IS YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

This website is hosted in servers located within the European Union, under the responsibility of the company TALENGO, S.A.

Whenever the services of TALENGO are requested/commissioned by business organisations located outside the European Economic Area, personal data may be internationally transferred to these organisations, provided any of the guarantee instruments included in Article 46 GDPR is validly implemented.

On all accounts, international transfers made by TALENGO will be guaranteed either by the existence of an adequacy decision, or by the use of clauses in accordance with Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.Only when it is not possible to implement any of the guarantee instruments set forth by law may international data transfers be made based on one of the exceptions of Article 49 GDPR.

SETTLING OF DISPUTES

In general, every attempt will be made to settle any dispute arising in relation with the processing of personal data in an amicable manner and with the due advice of the DPO appointed by TALENGO or, where applicable, by the employer.

However, the data subject may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or even take legal action whenever deemed appropriate, in accordance with Articles 77 and 78 GDPR.
