Vivian Acosta is a Founding Partner at Talengo. She joined the firm in 1996 and was responsible for creating and leading the People Strategy area.

Throughout her career, she has been closely connected to strategic consulting, maintaining a strong focus on business impact and results. She has led projects for major Spanish corporations, supporting them through international expansion, business diversification, and mergers and acquisitions. With more than 30 years of experience, she helps leaders and organizations bridge the gap between strategic ambition and the leadership, talent, and cultural capabilities required to make it a reality. She is also an active external advisor to both national and international Diversity Committees.

Vivian teaches in executive HR and leadership programs at leading institutions, including Garrigues, Centro Europeo de Estudios, IE, Sagardoy, and RIEEB's Postgraduate Program in Coaching and Emotional Leadership. She is the co-author of four books: Diversity and Coaching, The Talent Perspective, Changing Course: Keys to Finding Your Next Executive Position, and Team Coaching for High Performance. She is also a frequent keynote speaker at conferences and seminars on leadership, talent management, and personal transformation.

She is a Senior Professional Coach accredited by AECOP (Spanish Executive Coaching Association), holding accreditation number one in Spain under its prestigious "Fila Cero" category. She is a Founding Partner of AECOP and served on its first Board of Directors. Between 2007 and 2011, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Spain, serving on the Ethics Committee. In 2016, she joined the Board of Directors of DCH (Organization for Human Capital Management). Since its creation, she has been a member of the Advisory Board of MEG, as well as a member of the Advisory Board of Madre Perla, an Advisor at BridgeWhat, and a member of the ICA (Institute of Directors). In 2015, she received the "Mujer Inspira" ("Inspiring Woman") Award from Intrama. She also hosts her own podcast, The Power of Visibility.

Vivian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Pontifical University of Salamanca. She earned a Master's Degree in Behaviour Assessment and Modification Techniques from CINTECO and a Master's Degree in Coaching from Newfield Consulting. She has completed the ICA Corporate Governance Program for Board Directors, a Postgraduate Program in Digital Transformation at ISDI, and is internationally certified as a Professional Scrum Master.
