SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

At TALENGO, we are committed to conducting our business in a sustainable, responsible and ethical manner. Sustainability is embedded in the way we operate, supporting long-term value creation through continuous improvement and business practices that are proportionate to our size, organisational structure and operating model.

This Policy establishes the overarching principles that guide TALENGO’s approach to sustainability across its environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibilities. It promotes a way of working that reflects operational efficiency, respect for people and the responsible use of resources.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy defines the principles that underpin TALENGO’s sustainability approach. It applies to all employees and, where appropriate, to contractors, self-employed professionals, consultants and other third parties who maintain a professional relationship with the Company.

TALENGO is committed to:

  • Conducting its business with responsibility, operational excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Promoting the digitalisation of processes to reduce unnecessary paper consumption and optimise the use of materials and resources. 
  • Encouraging flexible ways of working that help reduce travel and associated indirect emissions, including remote working and virtual meetings where appropriate. 
  • Using energy, water, materials and other business resources efficiently and responsibly.

  • Operating with integrity, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and recognised standards of responsible business conduct. 

3. Environmental Commitments

To minimise the environmental impact of our operations, TALENGO is committed to:

  • Reducing the indirect environmental footprint of its activities through efficient work organisation and by limiting unnecessary business travel. 
  • Expanding the use of digital documentation and digital workflows to reduce paper consumption, printing and the use of supporting materials. 
  • Promoting responsible consumption practices and waste reduction across all business activities.
  • Considering sustainability and responsible resource management when selecting suppliers and service providers, wherever appropriate. 
  • Maintaining a preventive approach to environmental management while pursuing ongoing improvements in environmental performance.

Where appropriate, TALENGO will update this Policy and implement additional measures to strengthen its sustainability performance.

6. Approval and Implementation

This Sustainability Policy becomes effective upon its internal approval and serves as the overarching framework guiding TALENGO S.A.’s approach to sustainability across the organisation. It provides the foundation for integrating environmental, social and governance considerations into our business activities and supports our commitment to responsible, sustainable growth.
