CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

At TALENGO, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of the way we conduct business. It reflects our commitment to creating sustainable value by balancing the Company’s business objectives with the legitimate expectations of our stakeholders, while acknowledging the impact of our operations on society, the environment, and the well-being of our people.

This Policy establishes the principles that guide TALENGO’s approach to responsible business conduct across all the markets in which we operate. It provides a common framework while allowing for local implementation to address the specific requirements and circumstances of each jurisdiction.

Our commitment to responsible business is built around three strategic priorities:

  1. Conducting business with integrity, professionalism and respect in all our stakeholder relationships.
  2. Contributing positively to the economic, social and environmental communities in which we operate.
  3. Creating employment opportunities and generating sustainable value as a driver of economic and social progress.

In pursuit of these commitments, TALENGO embraces the following principles of responsible business conduct:

  • Compliance – We comply with all applicable laws and regulations and, where appropriate, adopt internationally recognised standards and best practices that exceed local legal requirements.
  • Good Corporate Governance – We promote sound corporate governance founded on transparency, accountability and the trust of our shareholders, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Respect for Human Rights – We are committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights in line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
  • People and Workplace – We foster a fair, inclusive and respectful working environment by prohibiting child labour, forced or compulsory labour and all forms of discrimination. We promote equal opportunities, diversity, freedom of association, employee well-being and a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Environmental Responsibility – We seek to minimise the environmental impact of our activities, protect biodiversity and promote environmental awareness and responsible resource management throughout our organisation.
  • Responsible Value Chain – We build transparent, objective and ethical relationships with suppliers and business partners, while ensuring our clients receive accurate, relevant and timely information regarding the services we provide.
  • Fair Competition – We conduct our business with integrity, supporting open markets and fair competition in compliance with applicable competition laws.
  • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption – We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and any unethical practice intended to secure an improper business advantage.
  • Responsible Business Influence – Wherever we have management responsibility or significant influence, we encourage the adoption of responsible business practices and promote the same standards throughout our supply chain.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – We encourage open dialogue with our stakeholders to strengthen mutual understanding and ensure our business decisions remain aligned with societal expectations.
  • Transparency and Accountability – We communicate openly and accurately about our activities and performance, supported by appropriate internal and external assurance processes that reinforce trust and drive continuous improvement.
