ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

At TALENGO, we recognize our responsibility to protect the environment and to conduct our business in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner. We are committed to integrating environmental considerations into our day-to-day operations, decision-making processes, and relationships with employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

To fulfil this commitment, TALENGO is guided by the following principles:

  • Regulatory Compliance – We comply with all applicable environmental legislation and regulatory requirements, as well as any additional commitments and standards that we voluntarily adopt.
  • Responsible Use of Resources – We promote the efficient and responsible use of energy, water, paper, office materials and other resources required to support our business activities.
  • Waste Management – We seek to minimise waste generation while promoting reuse, recycling and the responsible management of waste throughout our operations.
  • Digital Transformation – We encourage the adoption of digital processes to reduce paper consumption and optimise the use of resources wherever practical and appropriate.
  • Environmental Protection – We work to prevent pollution and minimise the environmental impact of our activities through responsible operational practices and continuous risk awareness.
  • Employee Engagement – We foster environmental awareness across our workforce by promoting sustainable behaviours, providing appropriate guidance and encouraging shared responsibility for our environmental performance.
  • Responsible Procurement – We consider environmental and sustainability criteria, where appropriate, in the selection and evaluation of suppliers and business partners.
  • Continuous Improvement – We establish environmental objectives and monitor our performance to drive continuous improvement and strengthen our environmental management practices over time.

This Policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing TALENGO’s environmental objectives. It is communicated to all employees and made available to clients, suppliers and other interested parties upon request.
