Isabel is a partner at Talengo in Mexico, where she supports the firm's executive search and leadership advisory practice. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior corporate HR leader across global technology, services, and logistics organizations in Mexico and Latin America.
Prior to joining Talengo, Isabel was HR Director at Mi Nave (BTLC LATAM), a US-backed vehicle rental and logistics company in Mexico City. She led the HR function, oversaw the implementation of BambooHR, designed and launched the leadership development programs and helped the company earn a Top Company ranking,
Before Mi Nave, from 2021 to 2024, she held the HR Director role at Compucom. In her prior role, she was Principal at Heidrick & Struggles Mexico, where she led the Information Technology practice in executive search and talent assessment methodologies.
Earlier, Isabel was HR Director at SAP Mexico, where she reduced voluntary attrition by 4% annually and helped the company rise from 8th to 3rd place as a Top Company in Mexico within two years.
She began her career at IBM Mexico and Latin America, where over 27 years she held roles of increasing responsibility, including Country Human Resources Director as a member of the Executive Committee, and Enterprise Strategy and Marketing Manager for Mexico and Latin America, among others.
Isabel holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad Anahuac, completed the Marketing Analysis and Strategy Program (CIM) through ITESM/IBM, completed the Advanced Management Program at IPADE Business School and has Six Sigma certification by Universidad del Valle.
