Director
Claudia joins Talengo in 2024 as Director of Consulting for Colombia. She has more than 15 years of experience in consulting companies, 9 of them in a US multinational firm, with presence in Latin America and Europe. Since the beginning of her career, Claudia has cultivated her passion for driving people’s growth and improving organizations by making them more enriching environments, with a focus on connecting professional development with strategy and business objectives.
She has extensive experience in career transition processes, mentoring, potential assessment and skills development, which has allowed her to accompany leaders and organizations in their change processes.
Her recognized experience leading organizational climate and culture processes for multinational and national companies has allowed her to guide different clients in the implementation of action plans that make a difference and leverage the achievement of strategic business objectives. In recent years her expertise has focused on developing Employee Experience projects, as well as leading HR consulting teams from a strategic and commercial perspective.
With experience in companies from different sectors, including consumer goods & retail, health, banking, insurance, industry and energy, among others.
Degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Javeriana University of Colombia , with training in Coaching from the ICC.
