Director
Gema Gómez is a Director at Talengo. She has more than 20 years of experience providing strategic talent advisory services. She has worked in both corporate environments and family-owned businesses, gaining a deep understanding of the governance, power, and succession dynamics that shape talent evolution. Her sector expertise is particularly focused on consumer, retail, and industry, where she has supported professionalization, expansion, and organizational consolidation processes.
She is an expert in talent assessment and succession planning, as well as in the design and implementation of development and mentoring programs. She works closely with Executive Committees, leadership teams, and key talent groups to identify potential, anticipate continuity risks, and strengthen leadership pipelines. Her approach combines strategic vision, psychological depth, and methodological rigor, ensuring that talent decisions are grounded in objective criteria and aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.
Throughout her career, she has led complex transformation projects, integrating technology, processes, and learning experiences as strategic enablers. She has designed leadership models, development pathways, and evaluation systems that connect performance, potential, and culture, contributing to the consolidation of stronger and more sustainable organizations.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Business Management and Creation from the Industrial Organisation School (EOI) and a Postgraduate degree in Sales and Commercial Management from ESIC Business and Marketing School.
